    Early Adoption Incentives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Businesses that adopt e-invoicing\u00a0two months earlier<\/strong>\u00a0than the official deadlines (by 01\/12\/2025 for Phase A<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0by 03\/08\/2026 for Phase B<\/strong>) will benefit from:<\/p>\n

    • Full and 100% accelerated depreciation<\/strong>\u00a0of expenses for technical equipment and software in the year of purchase.<\/li>\n
    • 100% increase in deductible expenses<\/strong>\u00a0related to the issuance, transmission, and electronic archiving of e-invoices for the first 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
