{"id":797,"date":"2026-02-20T15:40:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T13:40:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmi.happyoffline.gr\/pistopoiiseis\/"},"modified":"2026-04-22T17:10:15","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T14:10:15","slug":"pistopoiiseis","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/elmi.happyoffline.gr\/en\/pistopoiiseis\/","title":{"rendered":"Certifications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Information Security Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The primary objective of ElmiSystems\u2019 Management System is to establish a foundation for the continuous improvement of its process effectiveness, always aiming to consistently meet the needs and expectations of its customers and stakeholders to the greatest possible extent.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, Management supports and consistently applies the core principles and rules governing the Company\u2019s Management System, setting objective goals for Information Security, based on the unwavering and constructive collaboration of both its employees and partners.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The core principles, as stated within the Company\u2019s Management System processes, are:<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Compliance with predefined customer requirements as agreed through mutually accepted and signed offers\/contracts, aiming to increase customer satisfaction.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/li>\n<li>Constructive collaboration with all partners.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/li>\n<li>Continuous training and education of employees.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/li>\n<li>Investigation of the causes of non-conformities or complaints and the subsequent determination of corrective actions.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/li>\n<li>Recognition of and compliance with the legislation governing each activity carried out by the company.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information that is generated, received, stored, and transmitted in the context of service provision and project implementation.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/li>\n<li>Maximization of the reliability of the Company\u2019s information resources.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The principles of the System, as well as the objective goals for Information Security, are regularly reviewed by the Company\u2019s Management to adapt to new market needs and developments, legislative requirements, and to achieve the goal of continuous improvement of the Company\u2019s operations.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Through these ongoing reviews, Management is in constant pursuit of both human and intangible needs.
